I cinque nominati nelle serie a episodi drammatiche sono, curiosamente, gli stessi dell’anno scorso: Breaking Bad, Dexter, Lost, Mad Men e True Blood. Curb your Enthusiasm fa parte della cinquina delle comedy nonostante non vada in onda con nuovi episodi dal novembre 2009 perché i PGA – TV si riferiscono alle stagioni andate in onda dal 1° giugno di un anno al 31 maggio dell’anno successivo, in questo caso 1° giugno 2009 – 31 maggio 2010 (mentre per il cinema si va da gennaio a dicembre). Le stagioni prese in considerazione per serie come Mad Men, quindi, sono quelle andate in onda nel 2009; per lo stesso motivo, è la prima volta che Glee e Modern Family vengono nominati al PGA, nonostante vada in onda la seconda stagione.
I premi verranno consegnati il 22 gennaio al Beverly Hilton Hotel di Los Angeles, durante una cerimonia presentata da Judd Apatow. Ecco la lista:
