E' Inception il vincitore assoluto della 37esima edizione dei Saturn Awards, i premi assegnati dall'Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films ai migliori film e serie tv dell'anno nel campo della fantascienza, del fantasy e dell'horror.
Il film di Christopher Nolan, che aveva ottenuto nove nomination è stato premiato come miglior film fantascientifico, miglior regista, miglior sceneggiatore e miglior colonna sonora. Tra gli altri premiati, anche Fringe come miglior serie proposta da un network, Breaking Bad come miglior serie proposta via cavo, Let Me In come miglior film Horror, Salt come miglior film d'azione/avventura, Alice in Wonderland come miglior film fantasy.
