Zero Dark Thirty è il miglior film dell’anno per la National Board of Review

E' Zero Dark Thirty a vincere il premio come miglior film alla cerimonia dei National Board of Review, solo pochi giorni dopo la vittoria al premio della critica del New York Film Critics Circle. Premiata anche la regista Kathryn Bigelow, e Jessica Chastain ha ottenuto il premio come migliore attrice.

L'anno scorso era stato Hugo Cabret a vincere il premio più ambito, ottenedo poi un gran numero di nomination agli Oscar (tradotte poi in qualche premio tecnico).

Altro grande premiato della serata Silver Linings Playbook, che dà l'impressione di essere il classico film che ottiene numerosi riconoscimenti durante il giro di premi della critica ma non è detto che ottenga molte nomination agli Oscar. Bradley Cooper ha vinto il premio come miglior attore protagonista e David O. Russell ha vinto come miglior sceneggiatore. Django Unchained, mostrato in anteprima proprio ai critici, si è fatto notare con il premio a Leonardo DiCaprio come migliore attore non protagonista, e Ann Dowd ha vinto come migliore attrice non protagonista in Compliance.
