In occasione del Baltimore Comic-Con 2021, verranno assegnati i Mike Wieringo Comic Book Industry Awards, conosciuti come Ringo Awards. I premi sono stati istituiti alla memoria dell’amatissimo fumettista di origini italiane, Mike Wieringo (24 giugno 1963 – 12 agosto 2007), scomparso prematuramente all’età di quarantaquattro anni.
In queste ultime ore, sono stati diffusi i nomi dei candidati, tra cui saranno selezionati i vincitori da una giuria di addetti ai lavori del mondo dei comics. A fine ottobre, infine, scopriremo i vincitori della quinta edizione dei premi.
