Nell'episodio, la cui messa in onda è fissata per il 25 febbraio, comparirà Adam West, l’iconico Batman televisivo degli anni Settanta, e faranno ritorno dei personaggi ben noti ai fan, ovvero Christine Baranski (Beverly, la madre di Leonard), John Ross Bowie (Barry), Wil Wheaton (nei panni di se stesso) e Sara Gilbert (Leslie Winkle).

Come molti di voi ricorderanno, nelle recenti stagioni la Baranski, Bowie e Wheaton hanno tutti fatto delle apparizioni, mentre per la Gilbert questo segnerà un grande ritorno, dato che la sua ultima partecipazione risale alla terza stagione, e per esser precisi nel 23° episodio – “The Lunar Excitation” – dove Leonard le chiedeva di fare del ‘sesso occasionale tra amici’.
