Animali Fantastici 3: i fan vorrebbero Colin Farrell come sostituto di Johnny Depp nei panni di Grindelwald

Come sappiamo Johnny Depp non vestirà più i panni del mago oscuro Gellert Grindelwald in Animali Fantastici 3. E quindi chi potrebbe sostituire la star hollywoodiana nel ruolo appena citato?

In attesa di scoprire effettivamente a chi la Warner Bros. assegnerà il ruolo, i fan del franchise hanno subito voluto proporre un nome già noto al franchise: Colin Farrell.

Farrell, come sappiamo, ha già interpretato l'auror Percival Graves nel primo film del franchise, anche se alla fine del film scoprivamo che in realtà si trattava di Grindelwald sotto mentite spoglie. Magari esiste un escamotage "magico" per poter rivedere l'attore nei prossimi film della saga proprio nei panni del mago oscuro?

Animali Fantastici 3 uscirà in estate 2022.

Le riprese sarebbero dovute partire il 16 marzo per la regia di David Yates su una sceneggiatura di J.K. Rowling e Steve Kloves, ma sono invece partite il 1° settembre. Il film sarà ambientato in parte a Rio de Janeiro e in parte a Londra e a Berlino.

Nel cast Eddie Redmayne come Newt Scamander, Jude Law come Albus Silente; assieme a loro Ezra Miller (Credence/Aurelius Silente), Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein), Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski) e Katherine Waterston (Tina Goldstein).

Jessica Williams, la comica e conduttrice che ha fatto una breve apparizione nel secondo film, tornerà in un ruolo esteso nei panni della professoressa Eulalie ‘Lally’ Hicks, insegnante alla scuola di magia e stregoneria di Ilvermorny.
